So I have already been doing some wedding planning and have been for awhile! BUT I cannot find a place that I am happy with so therefore all the "planning" that I have done doesn't really count.
Here are some pictures (mostly from other blogs and from internet sites). As of right now, this is the kind of wedding that I want. :)
I want to have a "backyard wedding." I cannot find or think of a backyard that would work. If anyone has a lovely backyard that they would like to offer up, then let me know (haha). My idea is that I just want it to be a very fun and SIMPLE party with my favorite things and people. I personally am not "fancy" and don't like formal type events. I want it to be a relaxed, casual and fun atmosphere.... white lights, music, sweet tea, kids running around barefoot, homemade pies for dessert (and s'mores for the kiddos), white candles, laughter, bbq, pink lemonade, etc. I want to make a lot of the decorations. Unique. Simple. FUN.
Now, if I can just find a dang place then I can start planning this thing for real!

I think this is absolutely beautiful, what a good idea- I had always wanted a backyard wedding too, and Mimi's backyard was PERFECT- I wish we still had that house and yard!
