Christmas Tag!!!!!!

Emily tagged me for this! I am so excited because I love being tagged AND it is a Christmas one. Hooray! Thanks Emily!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? I prefer to wrap them because I love wrapping paper! But sometimes bags are just easier!

Real tree or Artificial? Definitely a real tree. I think I will always have a real tree. When my parents switched to a fake tree, I was so sad about it. I secretly cried about it in my room. I don't mind the needles and everything. Real trees are just wonderful. I do not judge those who have a fake tree though! :-)

3. When do you put up the tree? The sunday after Thanksgiving. That is how I have done it for the last 4 years. Whenever I have my own house though I will put it up before Thanksgiving!

4. When do you take the tree down? like 2 weeks after Christmas. Maybe 3 or 4. I like to have it up for New Years still. When Laura and I lived together we kept it up for like 2 or 3 months after Christmas. It was quite funny! My neighbors below me now keep theirs up year round!

5. Do you like eggnog? Yes, LOVE it!!!!!

6. Favorite gift received as a child? I dont know... maybe my American Girl dolls. Nothing it popping into my head right now.

7. Hardest person to buy for? My dad I guess. His gifts from me have been golf balls, cigars, maker's mark and shirts. I just go through each one for birthday, christmas and father's day and then start over again. I used to buy him suduko but then he got like 46736842847 books so I think he has enough for a lifetime. Also it's really hard for me to buy gifts for catherine bush!

8. Easiest person to buy for? I always see stuff that I could buy for my mom or my friend Ashley.

9. Do you have a nativity scene? NO but I really want one!!

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Christmas cards!

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? hmmmmm? I appreciate all gifts

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Elf, It's a Wonderful Life, Home Alone

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Usually the end of November. I try so hard to shop before but I just have no idea what to get anyone. I went the the Junior League Shopping Spree this year and didn't buy anything because I just couldn't think.

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Yes I have. haha.

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Peppermint ice cream!!!!!!!!!!!

16. Lights on the tree? white lights only. I love white lights on a christmas tree. It makes my list of top 20 favorite things in life.

17. Favorite Christmas song? Hark the Herald Angels Sing.... there is another one that I LOVE singing in church on Christmas but I can't think of what it is right now.

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? I prefer to stay at home but I have family everywhere else. I am travelling this year.

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? of course. dasher, dancer, prancer, vixin, comet, cupid, donner, blixen, rudolph..... wahoo!

20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star but I love angels so I wouldn't mind having a pretty one.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? I always get to open on present on Christmas eve and the rest in the morning!

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? crowded stores and traffic AND people who mix white lights with colored lights. no offense to anyone but it's kinda tacky!!!!!!!!!

23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I love angel ornaments. My theme for my tree is mainly red and gold!!!

24. Favorite Christmas dinner? I don't know. I don't think I really ever pay much attention to Christmas dinner.

25. What do you want for Christmas this year? lots of things which I will not be getting.
